Chef's Table Guesting
Chef's Table At Egg Cafe is a weekly dinner in which EGG invites a talented local Chef to cook a 5 course tasting menu for 10-16pax.
Theme: Easy Like Sunday Morning...to Evening
The menu is inspired from the usual Filipino daily meals from Almusal(Breakfast),
Tanghalian(Lunch), Hapunan(Dinner) and even Merienda(Snack).
Sunday Batch Menu:
Smoked Milkfish (Tinapa) Rice Balls
Whole Salmon in Tamarind(Sinigang) Gravy
Spicy Pork, Veggies in Coconut Milk (Gising-Gising)
Yakiniku Beef in Caldereta Sauce
Sugar Toast Pudding
